How to Return
To make a return or exchange, click here or select “MAKE A RETURN” from the home page menu and follow the steps.
UAE Returns

Free returns or exchanges within the UAE requested within 5 days, INCLUDING the day the item was delivered. (faulty items included). If no items in the order are kept, a return fee of 10AED applies.

One free return OR exchange request per order.

Additional requests will be charged AED 15.

Please allow 15-20 working days for processing once received by us.
- A courier driver will be in touch for pick up. If unavailable, please leave the package outside your door clearly labelled for the courier driver. After 2 failed return pick up attempts, a return fee of 15AED will be charged from order refund total.
Refunds
- Full-priced items are refunded to the original payment method.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded as store credit only.
- Bulk orders: If multiple items/sizes are ordered and none are kept, a 5% restocking fee applies per order

Store Credit

Valid for 3 months from issue date.

Cannot be exchanged for cash or card refunds.

Misuse may result in loss of credit or account suspension.
Delivery Notice

4-hour deliveries are attempted once only.

Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or building restrictions will be cancelled and charged AED 45.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags and ribbons must be attached.

No stains, perfume, washing powder or body odors, hairs, or marks.

Must be returned in original packaging or clear ziplock packaging.
-
Poor-condition or improperly packaged returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
-
Earrings, lashes, nipple covers/tape, beauty products, accessories and sale items.
International Returns
-
International customers must return items via a tracked service.
-
Return shipping costs are not covered or refundable.
